Union Dues
✔️Dues are 2% of gross monthly base wages, excluding overtime.
✔️Monthly minimum is $20, and most members pay no more than $100.
✔️We won’t pay dues until we negotiate our first contract and it is voted on and approved by us.
✔️There are no initiation fees for any employee hired before we vote to approve our first contract.
